Join Industrial Street Studios and Mid-Columbia Economic Development District for the second in a series of three workshops geared towards building a thriving creative business.

This series is for you if:
- you are an artist, creative, or entrepreneur who currently runs your own business
- you are an artist, creative, or entrepreneur who is interested in starting your own business

We will be bringing you experts from the field that can support with business creation, marketing, and financials and connecting you with peers in your area who can support you on the journey.

For Session #2 we have Natasha Bacheller withAtlas Solutions who will be bringing a presentation on Financial Essentials as part of the Craft to Commerce series. In this session we'll cover Internal systems and tracking (think budgeting and basic bookkeeping), including looking at setting pricing based on cash flow, and getting your systems started well ahead of tax season to help reduce the beginning of year scramble.

A quick touch on tax preparation and your Schedule C, covering basic categories and deductions in order to incorporate that into your planning.

We'll also have time for some Q&A and workshopping some budgets and income statements.
