In this workshop you will learn the basics of stained glass art by cutting, grinding, foiling, and soldering your own unique mirror piece. There will be a variety of glass and designs to choose from, but feel free to come with your own idea and we can bring it to life!
Never cut glass or held a soldering iron before? No problem! This class is totally beginner friendly and all the materials are included. We’ll take a short break midway for lunch.
Taught by Bethany Kharrazi. Bethany is a self-taught stained glass artist based in Hood River, Oregon. With a background in hydrogeology, Bethany draws inspiration from natural landscapes, water, plants, and florals. Bethany’s work seeks to be both visually pleasing and functional, bringing modern design and utility to a craft over a thousand years old.
